    Meet the Founders of D2 Vitality

     DeWayne and DeAnna McCarver are the passionate husband-and-wife team behind D2 Vitality LLC, a wellness coaching business dedicated to helping individuals thrive in every area of life—body, mind, and spirit.


    Married for over 23 years and proud parents of three sons, DeWayne and DeAnna have built a lifestyle around fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellness. What began as a personal commitment more than two decades ago has evolved into a daily way of life for their entire family—and now, a mission-driven business to serve others.


    DeAnna, a registered nurse, has spent years working in the wellness space, helping people feel their best through innovative therapies like red light therapy, sauna, cold immersion, and IV therapies. Her clinical experience and passion for healing allow her to take a compassionate and effective approach to wellness.


    DeWayne retired after 30 years in law enforcement and shifted his focus to first responder wellness. He worked with a national software company supporting agencies across the country, and became a certified wellness coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His experience helping others build resilience—both physically and mentally—fuels his commitment to guiding clients toward sustainable, healthy habits.


    In July 2025, they launched D2 Vitality LLC to combine their expertise and experience into a coaching program that empowers individuals to improve their fitness, nutrition, sleep, social connections, and mental and emotional well-being.


    Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or looking to take your health to the next level, DeWayne and DeAnna are here to help you live with vitality and purpose.

    The Vitality Project

    Holistic Wellness Assessment

    Our holistic wellness assessment takes into consideration not just physical health, but also mental, emotional wellness, stress, sleep, nutrition, social connections, and positive mindset. We'll help you identify areas of imbalance and develop a plan to achieve optimal wellness.

    Movement

    Learn how physical movement and fitness impact your mental and emotional well-being. Depending on your current level of fitness or movement practices, we will guide you to creating new and lasting habits that will help you look and feel great. 

    Nutrition

    We'll help you identify where your eating habits are helping, or hurting you. Proper nutrition is key to a highly function body and MIND. We work toward balanced nutrition, not the latest fads. Creating healthy eating patterns designed to allow food to be fun and fulfilling is our goal.

    Sleep and Recovery

    Sleep is one of the most over-looked and misunderstood components  of being well. You will not only learn how sleep affects mental and physical health, but learn to build sleeping habits to help your body and mind recover optimally.

    Positive Mindset

    Our minds never stop. Research tells us that we have  between  12,000 and 60,000 thoughts per day, and most of them are negative. You will learn to identify quickly when you are stuck in negative thought and how to quickly take your mind back into a healthy and positive mindset. 

    Stress Resilience

    Stress in an of itself isn't bad, but chronic stress kills us. You will learn how stress work, how if affects you, and how to build an "elastic" response to stress that we call stress resilience. Through movement, nutrition, sleep and recovery, and a positive mindset, stress will lose its negative impact on your life.
